O Andres foi bastante atencioso e nos deixou bem à vontade. A localização do flat é ótima, próximo a restaurante e bargeld. O apartamento é como anunciado, confortável e limpo.

O apartamento é bem localizado, a uns 10 minutos dos Arcos da Lapa e também bem perto de outros pontos turÃsticos do centro. Além disso, tem-se estação de U-bahn e ponto de ônibus bem pertos (da para ir andando tranquilo).

Lugar bem localizado, muitos restaurantes por perto, do lado da praia. Banheiro espaço e elegante, ótimo chuveiro. Genilza foi atenciosa e nos deixou ficar até 14h no dia de checkout por stickstoffão haver outros hóspedes no dia.
Superbenzin Lage, sobald man die Dünen oder im Haupttouristenzentrum sein möchte. Welche person seine Ruhe will, bleibt einfach im eingezäunten Bereich oder an dem Pool :) nicht ganz perfekt reinlich, aber absolut okay. Guthaben uns Aber gefühlt!
Francisco is probably one of the most helpful and kind host i've met through airbnb. However, at the time of my stay a few incidents occured (Vorderseite door unusable....) that could have become annoying in a longer stay.
El apartamento de Genilza está en una excelente ubicacióstickstoffgas, a una cuadra de la playa y una cuadra del centro de Copacabana. Es un apartamento muy seguro, cómodo con todos zweck servicios básicos necesarios.
Wunderbare kleine Wohnung, prägnant entsprechend auf den Bildern zu äugen, mit allem was man je einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt. Da Waschmaschine ansonsten Trockner dito vorhanden sind, benötigt man auch weniger Reisegepäck, wirklich sehr In praxi. Die Kochkunst hat alles welches man braucht um zwischendurch auch Fleck in bezug auf daheim zu Garen. Die Kommunikation mit Olga funktionierte perfekt, sogar wenn wir due Gastgeberin nicht persönlich getroffen gutschrift.

We did not particularly enjoy ur stay at the apartment. Having been in Gran Canaria a few times before and staying at amazing local residences via Airbnb this welches by far the most disappointing. The apartment seems newly decorated and modernly equipped as you can see on the pictures. The apartment is a bit small but this welches not an issue for us since we visited the island for cycling and only used it for sleeping. There is a small but well equipped kitchen which we also did not use. Our host welches cordially waiting for us outside of the building when we arrived. He welches friendly yet distant. There was no where-are-you-from get to know each other chit-chat but just a quick exchange of keys and contact details. What we did not like about the apartment is the building. You have to cross some kind of parking lot to reach the entrance and it is already very clear there hasn't been any general maintenance or redecoration done hinein a long time. The entrance and corridors you have to pass are very dirty, the walls have disgusting stains all over and rein the corners there is often urine, cigarette butts and empty bottles lying around. Because the building is open for everyone there are many shabby people hanging around. We have seen quite a few drug deals happen hinein our passing from the entrance to the front door.
